The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and timely delivery
  • Direct supervision of kitchen employees, ensuring policies and processes are followed, and inspecting operational flow continuously
  • Responsible for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen, minimizing operating costs
  • Hire, onboard, and train kitchen employees continuously
  • Maintain kitchen equipment in good working order
  • Ensure food quality and consistency of menu items, providing a positive guest experience
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Create and maintain inventory and ordering systems to minimize waste and reduce costs
