Culinary Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to fill a critical leadership role within our culinary team. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, working closely with our Executive Chef to drive menu innovation and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor kitchen staff. A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science or related certificate is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify developable personnel, provide necessary training, and plan, assign, and direct work
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities, supervising daily cleaning and inspections
  • Assist the restaurant in meeting financial targets while achieving food quality and service objectives

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
