About the Role

As a Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will be expected to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
  • Other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree
  • Unit-specific RN attributes
