About the RoleThe Registered Nurse at Northside Hospital will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best possible outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS)
- BSN degree
- Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific
