Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with lean manufacturing concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
