Financial Administrator

The ideal candidate for the role of Financial Administrator at Oasis World Ministries is an individual with exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a constructive mindset. This person will oversee financial operations, prepare essential documents, manage payroll, and more. The position demands a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Document, track, and report on financial transaction specifics
- Prepare and submit financial documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Verify the accuracy of accounting information
- Process contributions and receipts from donors
- Handle payroll processing and maintain payroll records
- Assist with tax obligations, filings, and related documentation
- Analyze financial budgets, monitor, and reconcile expenditures
- Ensure that insurance policies remain up-to-date
- Oversee and coordinate translated materials
- Provide administrative assistance as required
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
