Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Underwriting Program Manager to join our Middle Markets Program team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will have the opportunity to develop your portfolio management skills and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns for various programs
- Assist with dashboard completion and game plan updates
- Support the product development process
- Execute on referrals from program administrators
- Participate in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the underwriting or market-facing area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 14 or more years of experience in the claims or underwriting support area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the underwriting or market-facing area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 12 or more years of experience in the claims or underwriting support area
