Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough health screenings for clients, assessing their medical needs and referring them for definitive care when necessary.
  • Medical Care: Provide medical care within the scope of your practice, monitoring symptoms and providing supportive care to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records, monitor client progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certified, with a valid CA driver's license and good driving record.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of Substance Use Disorders, Mental Health, and Crisis Intervention, with strong computer skills and data input abilities.
