Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our interdisciplinary team at Crestwood Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in our mental health recovery centers, supporting their recovery journey and empowering them to thrive.

Job Duties:
  • Provide nursing care to clients, including treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support, according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote client recovery and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to the treatment team.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles is a plus.
