Job Description

At Wingstop, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct team members during your shift, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to maintain a high level of performance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that all team members are friendly, attentive, and focused on delivering a memorable dining experience.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Shift Management: Maintain an organized and clean restaurant environment throughout the shift. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the shift and escalate them to the General Manager as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Food Handler Certification: Required
  • Previous Experience: Preferred in a fast-food or restaurant environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Essential
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Essential
