Overview

The American Management Association (AMA) is seeking Regional Account Managers to operate in a dynamic sales environment, responsible for promoting AMA's extensive range of products and services, including business skill seminars, webinars, and e-Learning solutions to both existing and prospective corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Initiate outreach and marketing campaigns to engage targeted clientele.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs and propose suitable training solutions (seminars, online learning, webinars, etc.).
  • Implement corporate marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new business, retaining customers, and developing accounts.
  • Foster and enhance individual and organizational relationships through exceptional customer service and by identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Re-engage inactive accounts and seek new clients to drive business growth.
  • Organize and prioritize daily activities to effectively manage leads and accounts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or account management is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn are essential.
