Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
- Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality
- Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
- Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and quality of product
- Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
