Job Description
The University of Texas Medical Branch seeks an experienced Nurse Clinician III to join its team. This is a demanding role that requires a skilled nurse with strong leadership abilities and clinical expertise. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, lead interdisciplinary teams, and make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, prioritizing tasks to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and individualize care plans, ensuring cultural sensitivity and patient-centered care
- Execute physician's orders, administer medications, and deliver competent nursing care
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and prioritizing work to achieve efficient care delivery
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current license or valid permit to practice in Texas, with at least two years of clinical RN experience. You will also need to possess knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
