We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at The Vermont Country Store. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery products, including crackers, cookies, cakes, and pancake mixes.
Key Responsibilities- Firing of the oven and preparing the machinery for daily production
- Preparing dough using established formulation and procedure
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and handling regulations
- Daily cleaning of the work area according to sanitation standards
- Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of production machinery and related items
- A team-oriented culture with a focus on collaboration and innovation
