Morning Culinary Assistant

The Pizza Oven is a cherished family-run business that has been serving the community since 1956. We take pride in our commitment to quality food and exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment for both our staff and customers.

As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to an establishment that prioritizes product excellence, customer satisfaction, and cleanliness.

No prior experience is required, although it is advantageous. We seek enthusiastic and personable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess strong self-management skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Food preparation tasks, including but not limited to: dough making, sausage cooking and grinding, chicken cleaning and sorting, organizing vendor orders, and preparing/cutting vegetables.
  • Customer interaction: handling customer transactions via phone.
  • Prepare and cook pizza and chicken while ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Typical hours range from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Availability to work weekends and select holidays.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Collaboration in a dynamic team environment is essential. We strive to maintain a fun, safe, and efficient workplace.

Compensation:

$10.10 per hour with opportunities for rapid advancement.
