  • Radio Communication: Respond promptly to radio calls from housekeeping staff and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Review and update inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Submit requests for repair or replacement of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a housekeeping or operations role.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the hotel.
