Nurse Practitioner

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Essentia Living Center, a long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota.

Job Summary

This RN or LPN will work 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm, averaging 30 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Sign-on bonuses are available: $3K for LPNs, $10K for RNs with an ADN, and $15K for RNs with a BSN.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.
