• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Delegate tasks to nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet the needs of patients and families.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
• Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from the date of hire.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
