Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Essentia Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient education programs

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire
• Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from date of hire
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire

This position is located at Fosston Hospital and requires a weekend status shift rotation. The shift start and end times are 7am and 7pm, respectively, with 72 hours worked per pay period. The compensation range is $36.30 - $54.45 per hour, and the FTE is 0.9. This position requires weekend work and has call obligations.
