Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Nightly Audits: Reconcile all daily transactions, prepare reports for management, and ensure accuracy in guest billing.
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Security: Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is advantageous.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest relations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using phone systems and handling calls with professionalism.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and reports.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
