Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a solid book of business for existing clients and grow a new business base by compiling an ongoing list of prospects through various networking and sales tactics.
  • Determine clients' particular needs by conducting fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and risks.
  • Develop a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation.
  • Obtain underwriting approval by accurately completing applications for coverage and communicating effectively with underwriters.
  • Complete coverage by delivering policy and planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.
  • Remain educated on all insurance coverage provisions, the overall insurance industry, regulations, and pertinent legislation to ensure customers understand their coverage terms and insurance services.
