About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Claire Myers Consulting.

This role is responsible for coordinating and executing production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining optimal resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet customer demand, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, address supply chain disruptions, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on production performance, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, processes, and techniques to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

  • $85,000 - $115,000 per year
