Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meal services at our coffee shop.

Responsibilities

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of our food services team
• Ensuring compliance with county, state, and accrediting agency standards
• Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors
• Collaborating with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas
• Managing inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a food service setting, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences
