Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality meal services at our coffee shop.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring compliance with county, state, and accrediting agency standards.
• Lead a dynamic team of food service professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, engagement, and community involvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality care, aligning with the principles of service excellence.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food Services to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a food service setting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering remarkable patient experiences and upholding the values of Novant Health.
