Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property.
  • Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents and write accurate reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues in a timely and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous security experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
