Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about each apartment home
  • Process rental applications and secure lease agreements from qualified individuals
  • Assist with lease renewals and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and clients
  • Comply with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Residential Property Management
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps
