Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars and prioritize meeting requests.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, charts, and graphs for presentations and meetings.
  • Process and maintain records and invoices.
  • Monitor and maintain budgets and grants as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with collaboration tools, such as OneDrive and Zoom.

Estimated Salary Range
$58,000 - $68,000 per year.
