Lead Financial Strategist, Emory University

Emory University is seeking a Lead Financial Strategist to join its Finance Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the university's mission and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop multi-year financial models and forecasts, incorporating strategic initiatives, operating budgets, and potential revenue opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommend strategies for growth, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
- Oversee the university's annual budgeting process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across schools and units while aligning with academic and administrative priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, and 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or closely related field with responsibility for large program/functional area.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead a diverse team.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location.
