About the Role:
This is a faculty position at all ranks with a focus on patient care duties at Grady Memorial Hospital, Emory University Hospital, Emory University Hospital-Midtown, and/or the Atlanta VA Medical Center. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising and formally teaching residents and medical students, including lectures as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient care duties at multiple hospitals and medical centers
- Supervision and formal teaching of residents and medical students
- Lectures and other educational responsibilities
- Active independent research programs in infectious diseases
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases by the date of hire
- Medical licensure for the State of Georgia and DEA certificates at the date of hire
- Three letters of reference
Qualifications:
- Satisfactory completion of three years of Internal Medicine residency training in an ACGME-accredited program
- Satisfactory completion of at least two years of Infectious Diseases fellowship training at the date of hire

Estimated Salary Range:$200,000 - $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education
