Job Title: Supervisor, Media Strategy

Tombras, a leading national advertising agency, is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor, Media Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our media department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-channel media strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute media plans that integrate digital and traditional channels to meet client goals
  • Lead a team of digital media planners and buyers to support campaign development and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Integrated Search and Integrated Social, to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Manage media flowcharts and buy authorizations to ensure efficient campaign execution
  • Oversee the implementation and activation of client-approved media campaigns
  • Work closely with our Analytics team to ensure proper tracking and optimization of campaigns
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients through regular reporting
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels
  • 2+ years of team management and cross-department collaboration experience
  • Proficiency in DCM and experience with PRISMA and NetSuite are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
