Job Description

AeroFlexx Packaging Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing product development and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new product designs and process equipment that align with the organization's product development portfolio.
  • Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of products to determine physical characteristics, special handling requirements, environmental considerations, and safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot problems involving designs, materials, equipment, and processes to provide timely and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging, preferably in converting or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CAD experience and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
