About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for designing and improving production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineer with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve process flows, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze and resolve process issues through root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Develop and maintain documentation of production processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/technical position
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
