Healthcare Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Lead Service Associate to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our Healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating with supervisors to ensure seamless warehouse operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations and performance.
- Utilize various pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move and store inventory.
- Operate radio frequency (RF) scanners to track inventory and perform warehouse activities.
- Perform tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision, using defined job processes.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Work in various environments, including ambient warehouse, refrigerated storage spaces, and freezer spaces.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
