The Business Intelligence Lead plays a pivotal role in driving strategic direction and innovation at CenterWell Home Health. This role requires a strong execution mindset for day-to-day operations, as well as a forward-thinking approach to driving productivity, enhancing outcomes, and creating value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical projects and programs
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience in data analysis or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Ability to support clinical quality improvement by developing code, creating reports, and improving data/analytic capabilities
  • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management, and technical projects or programs
  • Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data and proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Stars or HEDIS experience
  • Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, and other data systems
  • Experience with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau for creating data visualizations
  • Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
