Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a RN on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical surgical nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
