About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team and help us drive innovation in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of experience in data science, and expertise in leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to personalize user experience and improve content recommendations
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify trends and understand user behavior
- Design and develop advanced search algorithms and AI-powered search functionalities
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of junior data scientists
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of data scientists
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms
- Experience with natural language processing techniques
