  • As a key member of our team, you will analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • You will develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to support various banking functions, including customer segmentation, credit scoring, fraud detection, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and visualizations.
  • Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to improve analytical methodologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by developing robust data pipelines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or equivalent role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for large, complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this role is $55-$70 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off apply as per applicable law.
