Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for performing detailed phases of architectural design work for projects of moderate size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently performs detailed phases of architectural design work for a project of moderate size and complexity.
  • Must be fully competent in all conventional aspects of architectural design and be capable of planning and conducting tasks requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard architectural design techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Has comprehensive understanding and application of principles, design, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards.
  • Performs work of moderately complex scope.
  • Works under minimal supervision, participates in setting assignment objectives; work is reviewed for adequacy on completion.

Requirements

  • Requires a BS/BA degree in Architecture and typically 3 - 5 years related experience.
  • Professional Registration is required.
  • Experience and working knowledge of current Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft office is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with rendering software is a plus.
