Qualifications:
- Federal employment suitability determined by a background investigation.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must possess relevant experience or education in finance and budgeting.

Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices sufficient to perform complex assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively and apply analytical techniques in the financial domain.

Additional Information:
