We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee communities in the Atlanta Area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of residential construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage job sites and community daily operations
  • Schedule and oversee municipal inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Utilize centralized scheduling tools to progress projects through the build schedule
  • Maintain close relationships with subcontractors to verify timely completion of work and adherence to scope
  • Conduct internal inspections as part of our Quality Assurance Process
  • Promote a safe working environment on every job site that meets or exceeds state and federal regulations
  • Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Cultivate strong communication with homeowners throughout the construction process to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Perform timely follow-ups on homes post-closing and manage warranty claims efficiently
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the residential construction industry; relevant certifications or training a plus
  • Valid Driver's License required for frequent travel between job sites
