Job Summary:

As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and providing medical care as prescribed by our patients' physicians. You will work closely with our Care Team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with our Care Team
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:

We are looking for a LPN/RN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will have a minimum of six months of hands-on nursing experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also be required to have a valid nursing license and be able to pass a background check.
