Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes on weekends.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS card.

One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
