Job Summary

The Pest Control Specialist or Route Manager/Sales is responsible for delivering high-quality pest management services to residential and commercial clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Reviewing and executing pest treatment plans according to service orders and contracts
  • Performing pest control treatments at homes and commercial structures, adhering to established safety procedures and quality standards
  • Documenting work performed and providing accurate information to the service/office
  • Ensuring work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service for each customer

Requirements include:

  • Branch 2 Structural Pest Control license
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date state licensing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

First Select Pest Control is a small family-owned Eco Friendly Pest Management Company with over 20 years of combined experience in commercial and residential pest management.
