Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in providing tax expertise to our clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tax deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply technical tax knowledge to assigned projects, working under the guidance of our Partners.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' financial, business, and family goals.
  • Review, manage, and coach seniors and staff, as well as prepare tax deliverables, including work papers, data input, and printing of filings/returns.
Requirements:
  • BA/degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting preferred; MBA or MST a plus; CPA desirable.
  • 5-10 years of experience in individual, fiduciary, and entity tax compliance and tax issues, with strong accounting and analytical skills.
Skills:
  • Client service orientation combined with creative problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
