- Participate in the requirements analysis process, develop strong working relationships with clients and team members, and build industry and domain expertise.
- Deliver immediate value to clients by working with a project-based team of consultants.
- Provide consulting services, including practices, expertise, and resources to tackle business challenges, and help identify and manage needed process improvements.
- 4 years of experience in an agile environment.
- Experience managing product development deliverables such as requirements gathering, user story writing, acceptance testing, and product launches.
- Proven understanding of the Life and Annuity insurance industry required.
- Strong operations processing background and commissions experience is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of eliciting requirements, analyzing and developing solutions that meet the business needs or writing effective user stories (business requirements) with acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
