We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic culinary team member to join our dynamic kitchen team at Old Gilman Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu and ingredients, ensuring accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and follow recipes, execute dishes, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds, and work long hours standing.
