As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and Developing Talent

  • Store Operations
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Financial Management

Requirements

To be successful as a General Manager, you will need:
