Clinical Lead

Proud Moments is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct BCBA Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our team of BCBAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
- Local Clinical Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs to ensure a smooth transition into our clinical team.
- Training and Mentorship: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our BCBAs, including crisis prevention training and mentoring.
- Group Supervision and Mentorship: Provide regular group supervision and mentorship to BACB fieldwork students to support their professional development.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with our Regional Clinical Director and administrative team to ensure accurate reporting of clinical progress and to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree: A masters degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA License: Current BCBA license and eligibility to practice in all states in our coverage area.
- Experience: At least five years of experience as a BCBA, with at least two years in a supervisory position.
