Job Summary

Citywide Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients, ensuring that our programs are implemented in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective implementation of clinical programs and services, including assessments, treatment plans, and case management.
  • Supervise and support a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure compliance with regulations, licensures, and contractual stipulations.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement a trauma-informed milieu, including behavioral interventions and responses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health or behavioral health, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of integrated clinical care models and experience in providing and supervising services in a diverse work environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and necessary paperwork, including screening, enrollment, assessment, and treatment planning protocols.
  • Knowledge of budgeting practices and procedures.
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines, work independently, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with clients, co-workers, and community partners.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and maintain a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Knowledge of de-escalation methods and ability to use an Electronic Health Record.
