Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients with dual diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team in providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to clients with dual diagnosis.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and licensures.
  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff, including case managers, peer support specialists, and trainees.
  • Ensure the health and safety needs of clients are met, and daily activities are planned and implemented in accordance with program requirements.
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure compliance with regulations, licensures, and contractual stipulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly clinical collaboration, treatment planning, and care coordination meetings.
  • Complete annual performance reviews and implement coaching and progressive action when indicated.
  • Represent Citywide Health Corporation in the greater community, collaborating with partnering agencies and programs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health or behavioral health, with a minimum of 1 year of lead or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, integrated clinical care models, and de-escalation methods.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, follow screening, enrollment, assessment, and treatment planning protocols, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
